The geospatially focused packages rgdal rgeos geojsonlint ggsn maptools are now deprecated upstream in CRAN - see here - and are not provided in the new server.
Replacement packages that have been added are sp sf terra stars tmap spData exactextractr ggspatial units lwgeom rmapshaper - please see the CRAN documentation and R-Spatial for further information.
